using the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes and to learn about, schedule, and participate in Clarity Kit services. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse verification or messaging systems, impersonate another person, or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
appointments
Appointment availability is offered as displayed and may change. Please provide accurate contact information and use the reschedule or cancellation controls when plans change. We may decline or cancel a booking when needed for safety, abuse prevention, availability, or fit.
recommendations and results
Check-ins, action plans, reports, examples, and implementation guidance are practical business information based on the context available to us. They are not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity certification, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, implementation, verification, and outcomes in your business.
intellectual property
The site, brand, methods, templates, report structures, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Clarity Kit. You may use materials delivered specifically to your business for your own internal operations. You may not resell, republish, scrape, or distribute them as a competing product without written permission.
