Clarity Kit is committed to making its website and booking experience usable by as many people as possible, across devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.
our approach
We design for keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful structure, readable contrast, responsive layouts, descriptive labels, reduced-motion preferences, and clear error states. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the practical reference point for ongoing improvement.
known limitations
The site and booking tools continue to evolve. Some third-party services, generated documents, or future client materials may not yet provide an equally complete experience in every assistive technology. We prioritize fixes that block understanding or completion.
help with access
If something prevents you from reading the site, booking a check-in, or using your Clarity Kit, tell us through the profile or appointment pathway at claritykit.dev. Please include the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved when possible.
alternative arrangements
When a digital interaction is not workable, we will make a reasonable effort to provide the same information or complete the same task through an alternative format or assisted process.
