privacy

effective July 22, 2026

Clarity Kit collects the information needed to operate the site, schedule and prepare for business check-ins, provide requested materials, and keep appointments private. We do not sell personal information.

information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, business name, role, email address, mobile number, website, appointment choices, consent selections, and any check-in or intake responses you choose to submit.

The site may also process basic technical information such as device and browser details, IP-derived security signals, request timestamps, and service logs. Before an account is verified, reading progress and unfinished booking state may be stored locally in your browser so the experience can resume.

how we use it

  • Schedule, protect, confirm, change, and remind you about appointments.
  • Prepare for and deliver the business check-in, recommendations, reports, and related services you request.
  • Create and maintain your Clarity Kit profile.
  • Protect the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the experience.
  • Send optional ideas or updates only when you separately choose to receive them.

text messages

Phone verification and appointment-related messages are transactional. Message and data rates may apply. Optional promotional text consent is separate and is never required to book a check-in. You can reply STOP to promotional messages to opt out.

service providers

We use service providers to operate the site and booking experience, including Cloudflare for hosting and data services and Twilio for phone verification and messaging. These providers process information for us under their own contractual and security obligations.

retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Browser-local progress can be removed by clearing site data. Appointment messages include the available controls for changing or cancelling an appointment.

children and changes

Clarity Kit is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
